The engineering of our products relies on two strengths: the technical direction of the OEM/OES customer and the experience and know-how of the GPC Technical Department.
The co-design activity proposed by GPC allows its customers not only to have access to innovative engineering and production solutions, but also to be able to count on the complete development of the project from the design, prototyping and validation phases to complete industrialisation, according to certified production flows.
Research & Development
Through the management and implementation of a wide range of tests and trials, GPC Filters is able to assess, certify and optimise the performance required of its products by the parent companies.
This makes it possible to assess, as early as the prototype stage, the attainment of the desired performance in line with the strictest reference standards for the various fields of application.
Quality Control
Through a highly equipped and innovative metrological facility, GPC Filters specifically and punctually checks each component at each production stage, according to the relevant production control grids.
GPC, thanks to its well-equipped laboratories and strong team synergy, checks and verifies the physical characteristics of the raw material and those of the most critical transformation processes, right up to the finished product through careful macro and micrographic investigation with non-destructive inspection tools.
